Charleston in Comfort: A Small Group City Tour

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize that we were not there for your scheduled tour. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, especially after arriving early and expecting to spend part of your visit touring Charleston with us. Chicora Tours recently transitioned to a new reservation system, and unfortunately, this particular reservation was not properly communicated to us during that transition. As a result, we were unaware that the tour had been booked. This was an isolated issue, and certainly not an intentional failure to show up for a scheduled tour. We take our commitments to our guests very seriously. As soon as I became aware of what had happened, I returned your call and made sure a full refund was processed. We have also addressed the issue on our end to help prevent this from happening again. I am genuinely sorry that this was your experience with Chicora Tours. It is not representative of the level of service we strive to provide, and I regret that we did not have the opportunity to show you the Charleston experience that so many of our guests have enjoyed.
