Boat smelled like a toilet. Supposed snack bar was pathetic. Advertised cold beer and wine. We were informed that was not available even though both were clearly visible. “Live” narration was recorded presentation.

Not 1 dolphin
Not a lot of instruction when getting on the boat. Would be nice if complimentary drinks were included. We didn’t see 1 dolphin, they weren’t even mentioned but it’s advertised as part of excursion. A guest should not have to hold the heavy door open for 80 elderly people when exiting the boat, should be an employee there during disembarking also.

Our tour was relaxing and informative. The lower level of the boat was air conditioned which was a welcome treat! This tour is a nice way to spend time in Charleston!
