Sept 29, 2022 flying AA out of Charleston SC to San Jose, Costa Rica with a connection in Miami. Early 6:10 am flight. Upon arrival, headed to kiosks to print our luggage tags. Tried several kiosks ... most were out of order. We ended up having to go to the counter to have our tags printed so we could drop our luggage. Automation is great ... but ONLY when it works. We had TSA PreCheck so going through security was quick and easy,
Car rental was a 75 yd hike with luggage. NO ONE to assist you. Blindly walking through rental cars! Awful! NO sit down food restaurants anywhere. You get to airport 2 hours early to sit and do nothing! Houston Hobby has their restaurants open. We would have never imagined that Charleston would be closed down. Hungry for breakfast so VERY Disappointed! 😡
