Carcassonne During World War 2

Booked last minute glade we did, wasn't a large group and the guide kept everyone engaged. Was local and some good stories of local hero's.

2 hours flew by with Paul. A very informative and entertaining tour and we really enjoyed the break from medieval history! We took our dog and Paul kindly toured via dog watering holes. We both learned so much. Highly recommended.

I was utterly captivated. I would happily have done the entire tour again the moment it finished. If you're in Carcassonne, don't just learn about its history – experience it with Paul. Rory and I loved Paul’s tour! We found it immersive and fact filled and yet despite the great depth of Paul’s research, it was conveyed with such interest and passion that we were absolutely gripped from start to finish The tour is the perfect length and Paul delivered it with humour (at appropriate moments) and profound intensity and sadness at others.
