Pickup Locations & Times
**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

Great shuttle experience booked through Viator. I was met at pickup by a driver holding a sign with my name on it, which made things easy to find right away. Everything was prompt and on time. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, and the driver was attentive throughout. Would definitely book this shuttle service again.
No one answered the phone when called. However, they did answer through the WhatsApp with the phone number. In case anyone needs to get ahold of company that was the best way to find our driver. Per the information in the booking driver can be 30 to 60 min after landing for pickup. Driver was friendly throughout the drive. Very pleasant.
Used this service for the first time from airport in Cancun to the resort. Skeptical first but once I met the driver that was sent I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend this service and use it again. Showing up at the airport with no reservation is scary.
The driver was standing out front with an easily recognizable sign. Was easy to pick out of the mob of people there. Was professional and drove us safely to our destination.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Airport Transfer Experience! No hidden fees, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our pickup was right on time, and they even waited for us when we took a little longer than expected coming out of the airport. The operator stayed in contact with us throughout the process and knew exactly when our flight landed, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. We were picked up quickly and transported safely to our resort, which was about 45 minutes from the airport. We stayed at the resort for 7 days, and the round-trip airport transportation was only $89 for both drop-off and pickup. Great value for the price! I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again!
If I could put 0 stars I would. Booked this shuttle knowing that the Cancun pickup situation at the airport would be hectic, and they NEVER showed up. Tried contacting the driver but was only left with a chatbot and was given multiple phone numbers that did not work. Complete waste of time and money, ended up having to get an expensive taxi at the airport to our Airbnb. Please AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!
Excellent vehicle, punctuality, and comfort
This service is a scam!!!!!! Booked a round trip shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Shuttle was not there when we arrived in Cancun. Number provided isn’t a valid telephone number so could not get in contact with anyone from Cancun Travel Experience. Driver eventually showed up after I reached out to Viator. Never received any correspondents/voucher for return trip either. Even after speaking with Viator for a 2nd time, the shuttle never showed up to take us back to the airport.
