Pickup Locations & Times

**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

Friendly Driver!

The worst part experience ever

They scammed me had me waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes did not pick up the phone , even Viator contacted them and they due not pick up At all please save your money and don't book with these people

Unfortunately, because of this, the reservation was not properly coordinated in time for the service to be fulfilled. Our Private Shuttle

There was a hiccup with the pickup on my end. I did not receive the messages about the exact pickup location because of my phone service, so I had to call the company. There were no other passengers so it felt like a private service. The driver took us to the wrong drop off location which wasn't a bad thing because we were able to see some things we wouldn't have seen. Overall, the service was good, but I’d definitely recommend future travelers keep a close eye on their messages for real-time location updates to avoid any confusion!

Great Service

The drivers were very nice. Made sure we got where we needed to on time and safely. We booked them round-trip. Would definitely use again.

Be cautious, you can’t reach a person in real time!

Be cautious. This company is impossible to get in touch with. I purchased a round trip transport to and from the airport. The day before I tried to call and the line never connected with anyone. It would eventually just disconnect the call. I attempted the chat option to find out what time my pick up would be the next morning. No reply all day the day before, then the morning of I started trying to message them to find out what time my warning pick up was going to be. Still no reply. Still unable to get in touch with anyone. Finally I decided to just book an Uber so that I gave myself peace of mind and time to get to the airport. I did finally get a reply at 10:30am, after I had already booked my other option, telling me my pick up time would be at 11am. Talk about last minute. I had my taxi already in route at that time. I did apply for a return refund, but am still waiting for the update. Again, be cautious. They are one of the only companies without representation at hotels and the airport, but I learned this after I was already stressed and possibly stranded. I couldn’t even enjoy my last day because I kept trying to call and “chat” with them!

Transport did not show...

Transport did not show up, stranded in the airport waiting. Viator said they can’t get hold of them. Ended up hiring a taxi to take us to the hotel. I’m waiting for my refund.
