Cancun Airport Private Transfer to/from Costa Mujeres

The private round trip transfers were both fine as far as friendly drivers who got us safely to our destination. I booked the transfer to our hotel to pick us up at the airport at 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the Cancún airport, we got out of customs very quickly so it was only 4:30 PM; however the people from the company were blowing up my phone asking where we were and saying that they had “been waiting a long time”. Not sure what that was about? That was the only issue really.

Was told by the airport staff that they don’t have their own drivers. They have random people drivers. I am traveling with an infant and a 8 year old. The first van left is because we were taking too long in the airport. We can only go as fast as the airport releases luggage. We came at 11:30am. By 12:16 they gave our van away. It’s a busy time for the airport. Nonetheless, they sent us another vehicle and that’s when the issue started. The second driver didn’t have any ID, permits or papers when asked to provide them by the airport security. Airport security told us to find other transportation because he was not a valid driver and could not provide proper documentation. I get a text from this trash company saying if I get other transportation that they will not refund me. How do you not refund me when you sent a driver without proper documentation?? The company then tried to tell me what was going on when I was sitting with their driver and airport security. I guess he thought I didn’t speak Spanish. The driver then said he found us another driver and they would be able to take us to our destination since he couldn’t. The company still wanted to go back and forth with me about sending a non-valid driver. Spend the extra money and go with a trusted company.

Nice comfortable ride. Friendly drivers, clean vehicles. Overall great experience from airport to resort and from resort to airport. Will definitely use again.

The drive was perfect. Everything was great no complaints definitely booking again. Our driver was very nice.

Driver is very friendly but a bit delay when pickup. waited for 20 mins but text to the company and respond right away.

I forgot to book transportation to the hotel for our trip and booked as we were boarding the plane in Chicago The owner/driver was there waiting for us as soon as we walked out. I messaged from the plane about an hour prior to landing and he messaged back with details on how to meet. Perfection!

I had very pleasant experience while driving to the airport. Car was very clean and the driver very accommodating and nice to talk to.

Communication was very poor. Despite frequent updates and multiple messages about our plane being delayed no one responded. Well, there was a response but not until 2 hours after we were supposed to be picked up forcing us to find a different transportation to our resort. If you’ve never been to Cancun, the taxi drivers at the airport are intimidating because it always feels like a scam and they upcharge. I chose this company for its great reviews and too bad it turned out to be the exact opposite.
