Smooth and efficient Transportation!
I booked this transportation service for my family of 6 two days prior to landing in Cancun. I was very nervous that it wasn’t enough time for communication upon our arrival but BetaGo Travel replied very quickly through WhatsApp! They were super helpful from pickup to drop off! Would book with them again!

Terrible experience! Terrible customer service
BUYER BEWARE!! We booked a round trip transfer from the airport in Cancun. The pickup from the airport went smoothly, the pickup from the hotel to the airport was a DISASTER! We booked a 3:45 am pickup which was confirmed. At 4:00 am the car had not arrived yet. I called several times, no answer, sent chat messages, finally at 4:05 they responded and said the driver had a flat tire, was waiting for a spare and would arrive within 10 minutes with the spare. I told them we did not have time to wait for the driver to change the tire. They asked if we still wanted service or should they cancel. Of course I said we needed service but to send a working car. They told me 10 minutes. Finally at 4:35 am the driver arrived. 50 minutes late! Once we got to the airport we were dropped off at the wrong terminal - domestic, not international had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the correct terminal. We ended up missing our flight. I’ve been communicating with the company, they want to argue whether or not It was one hour late or 60 minutes. Really!! They never reached out to us to let us know there was a problem. I was contacting them frantically. So now, instead of arriving home at 11:30 am, we will now arrive at home at 10 pm. With over 6 hours of layovers, change fees, an additional $50 for a taxi to get us back to a different terminal because the shuttle was on a shift change and a huge amount of frustration. There are a lot of options, go with a company that has better customer service. Quick problem solving, and who will take responsibility for the problems they caused and offer an agreeable resolution for the problems they caused. BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!

However, our team acted swiftly to resolve the mechanical issue in minutes and delivered you to the correct terminal based on the airline provided.
