Great choice!
Easy to book ride, driver on time, fun-drive from Banff to Calgary. Our driver (Richard) was very personable and very knowledgeable about the area. We learned A LOT during our ride. It was great and I recommend this service!

Fantastic service. Richard was very prompt, communicated clearly beforehand to let us know about his arrival, and was super knowledgeable.

Can be confusing
Our experience went well. Driver was friendly and took good care of us. Communication with the booking team needs improvement. Tell travler detail bus location outside of baggage area. We had to ask multiple travel tour stations and they were not sure. The text from Viator showed up after our plane arrived leaving us in a confused state Once we got on everything else was wonderful.

We really enjoyed the ride to our hotel. Richard made sure my son and I were comfortable in the van. He was communicative, helpful, prompt, and shared a lot of wonderful history during the ride.
