It's valid for several days but I managed it all in one go as I wasn't in Florence long. I went in March and chose the 10am slot- queues were short at this time. The views are spectacular from the dome and the bell tower! Take water

The Doumo walk is a lot of stairs, be prepared. Entrance via the crypt avoiding the long cathedral lines. Lovely fresco in the dome tho dramatic scenes. Well worth viewing as you go up the stairs.
Very little info provided. Just a couple short audio clips
Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the audioguide didn't meet your expectations. Our app actually includes more than 20 audio stops covering the Dome and the entire Duomo Complex, designed to accompany visitors throughout the visit rather than as just a few standalone clips. It's possible some of the content wasn't accessed during your experience, and we're sorry if that wasn't clear. We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both the app and the instructions we provide before the visit. Thank you again, and we hope you'll have the opportunity to experience Florence with us again in the future. John
Good advice to go early. Attention 2x + 400 steps to climb.
clear communication and hassle free entry! we had no trouble entering the cupola, giotto’s tower, and the museo dell’opera!
Hi! Thank you for sharing this. That’s exactly what we aim for: clear communication and a smooth, hassle-free experience across all sites. Glad everything worked perfectly for you 🙏 John
The dome climb is not for those with mobility issues. Very rewarding once you reach the top. perfect weather is a big key to maximizing the experience. We did not experience other options from the package, but overall is a great box checker!!
Hey David! Grazie mille - really appreciate this. You said it well: it’s a bit of an effort, but the payoff at the top makes it worth it. And yes, good weather definitely takes it to another level 🔝 Thanks for sharing your experience 🙏 John
Great experience. Easy use. Recommended to buy tickets for exhibits for ease and quickness. All the spaces were easy to get into especially when it’s really busy.
Hi! Really appreciate this - thank you. That’s exactly the idea behind this experience: keep things simple and smooth, especially when Florence gets busy. Glad everything was easy to access and worked the way it should. And yes… having everything ready in advance makes a big difference here. Thanks again for the recommendation 🙏 Enjoy the rest of your trip! John
John was a great guide. We followed his instructions on where to go and it was super smooth. I recommend downloading the PDF to the phone. You need this to enter all exhibits so being familiar with the PDF and making it large so the readers see it. We needed it for the dome twice, the cyrpt entry to the Duomo (near the bell tower), the cyrpt entry in the basilica and the bapteristy. All the entry people if you had the PDF accessible. There are line but just follow these for the entries with tickets. You can wait until the afternoon too. John is great and respsonsive if you have questions, he was great.
Hi, Thank you for your detailed feedback! Really appreciate you sharing these practical tips - having the PDF ready on your phone definitely makes the experience much smoother across the different entrances. Glad everything felt easy to navigate and that the instructions helped along the way. Thanks again for your kind words and support! Best regards, John Walks in Town

Stunning, most beautiful way to see all of Florence! But before you do make sure you are ready to climb a lot of stairs. 463 to be exact!
Dear Deanna, Thank you for your feedback! Stunning is the right word - and yes, those 463 steps are part of the adventure! Well worth it once you reach the top. Hope to see you again in Florence. Warm regards, John Walks in Town
