First of they take too long to revert via email if you write to them from india . But they are gracious enough to book without paying online and instruct driver to collect cash . Hotel drop and pick up is arranged . Take very small groups . Nice minivans . Also give discount on second and subsequent tours . Welcome senior citizens and help them as well . My only issue is most of the tours don't specify exact walking hours or may be I missed reading . But I loved the tour .
I’m only giving 4 stars because we were told the Bratislava part wasn’t available so could only do a Budapest trip. That part was truly enjoyable, and our guide Peter was very informative. It was a day well spent.
