The experience included tour and mixology session. Izzy our tour guide was friendly, professional, clearly knew her history about the distillery. Marcus w.as funny, informative during the mixology session. Overall highly recommend, you learn fact you never knew and being Indian and finding out the rupee was made at the factory many centuries ago was amazing.
A fantastic look at the distilling of a famous gin. Very knowledgeable guide who explained all the processes and explained about the botanicals which are used. The site is surprisingly small to produce so much gin and I was not aware that the original factory produced bank notes. The gin flight after the tour was good as the stages of how to taste and rate gins was explained before sampling. All in all a great tour and one to be recommended.
Very enjoyable trip excellent guide, and very nice lunchtime snacks in the cafe. Beware, if approaching from the north entrance comes up a tad quickly. Could do with an advance sign.
We had Debbie for our guide, who was excellent, she was enthusiastic and gave us lots of interesting facts about the distillery and how gin was made. We all enjoyed it and can recommend this tour around the distillery, which is set in a lovely part of England.
My partner loves her gin, and we were staying nearby, so booked a tour for our anniversary. From start to finish the whole tour was amazing. The site is beautiful and the experience is not rushed and our tour guide was brilliant, so informative, funny . The cafe was a great place to have a gin and tonic and something to eat, sitting underneath a Bombay Sapphire umbrella..
Thank you for your lovely review! We're delighted you chose to celebrate your anniversary with us and that you both had such an enjoyable visit. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
Interesting & knowledgable tour with a fantastic cocktail masterclass. Great service from the whole team, particularly Shannon, Debbie & Luke.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're so pleased you had a great distillery tour and gin cocktail masterclass with us. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
A really nice time had at Bombay Sapphire - the tour was well worth the money. Although having done this in the past the botanicals room used to be bigger and better - you would get a card and mark the smells and tastes you liked - then the bar staff would mix a cocktail based on your preferences. Now it’s a bit different - you have a gin and tonic (fun to dispense via button in the wall!) to start the tour and you watch a video. Different and fun, I just preferred the old version.
Wel paced tour, very informative. I did think the explanation in the Still Room was hampered by the limited view of the equipment, poor acoustics and maintenance scaffolding. I only really saw and understood the operation of the still itself. How/where the botanicals were added could not be seen and nor could the condenser. Or anything on the platform above.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so pleased you found the tour informative and received a warm welcome. As we're a working distillery, we occasionally need to carry out maintenance work, and we're sorry the scaffolding impacted your experience. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the team, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
We had an excellent afternoon, Lovely old buildings which used to be a printing works back in the day. Amanda our guide was informative and a pleasure to listen to. The G+T to begin with was lovely,to sit and sip whilst watching the Bombay Sapphire informative video, which you start with. The bar is worth a visit to try other cocktails that the team make. We had a toasted sandwich for lunch which was also enjoyable. Exit via the shop, new gin glasses brought 👌🏻. Great way to spend three odd hours, tour and drinking gin 👌🏻👌🏻

Fascinating tour around the grounds of the Bombay Sapphire distillery, with a great tour guide Luke. The way the buildings have been renovated and enhanced is lovely and the botanical experience was delicious.
We're so pleased you had such a great tour with Luke and enjoyed learning about all the botanicals that go into making our gin! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
