I do not recommend it
Very expensive for what it is. The
Museum is dirty and neglected, the staff is VERY rude, there are no guides or audio guides, the experience urgently needs to be modernized. Disorganized for entry, and Tripadvisor does not send the ticket directly to the email, it is confusing and complicated to download the ticket (and I did not know that the email was not the ticket), the staff had to do it and they did it reluctantly. The rudest one was the woman at the baggage check. I did not like it and I would not spend so much on the experience again.

I paid for the tickets, but I could not download them.
They do not send the tickets by email and when you want to download them, the page is not user-friendly. Maybe you won't be able to download them like it happened to me.

Wonderful time!
Experience was overall great, our plans were quite flexible as when we had booked our tour. It was initially at 12:30, but we received an email the day prior stating that we would be moved back to 3:45 PM which was completely fine with us! Again, because our plans were very flexible we had no issue with this and it allowed us to discover more of Coyoacan as we waited for our group to go!

Horrible experience.
Very unpleasant experience. They did not accept our tickets at the entrance. The manager was very arrogant and rude. We are older adults and we don't know how to download tickets, and there was no way they would help us or let us in.

Please respond to me; I sent an email.
I still have not received a response; they unilaterally changed the date. It was agreed by email that in case of unavailability at the scheduled time, it would be rescheduled for Sunday, June 14th.

I went to the museum and...
I went to the museum and when I arrived they told me that the tickets I was given were already used by someone else. I contacted the provider and he refunded, but I miss the experience because were already sold out

Interesting visit. Poor ticket reseller
The exhibit was nice, but the hassle to get in took some of the joy away. Like many others I had to pay more than double the price to ticket resellers. They send several emails with multiple “tickets” that are actually not tickets. You need an official PDF that many of us had to scramble to find. The time was also different on the PDF vs the other “tickets” I received. Unless you can buy directly from ticket office I recommend staying away
