Did not receive what was booked
We had initially booked a boat tour in the Calanques. This was canceled due to the weather. After that, we booked the same thing again two days later. The day before, the weather was good, but we could no longer book then. On that day, we were informed via WhatsApp that we would receive an upgrade to a catamaran. However, the upgrade was by no means an upgrade, but rather a downgrade because we simply did not take the same tour, but merely went to the island and back on the catamaran. Apart from that, the weather was again conceivably bad, so from our point of view, they should have canceled. All in all, not what we had booked, and we spent 3 hours in a bay where we did not want to swim due to the rather bad weather. The skippers were very nice, but you should really be careful that you actually get what you book. Without asking beforehand if you even want that, it just doesn't fit...

Very beautiful route, well-chosen swimming spot and our guide Dylan was excellent; he shared his knowledge with us and was very friendly.
I recommend this little trip, ideal for recharging your batteries

Clean friendly and a great place to swim.
This was a great morning trip. Friendly and skilful crew. Clean boat. Lots of interesting sights on the islands and topped off with a long stop for swimming in the beautiful waters.

Beautiful scenic tour of the blue coast with swimming and rock jumping.
It was a wonderful tour with a small group on a small boat. We loved being close to the beautiful water on the blue coast, jumping off the rocks, and swimming into the cave. It was so nice to see that part of Italy from the sea. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

Poor customer service
Very poor experience, trip was booked a month ago via Tripadvisor, payment taken 3 days before by Viator, then cancelled the day before by operator citing weather conditions. It was 37 degrees, sunny , no clouds and very light wind. Poor explanation and shocking service. Fortunately other local operators were much more helpful and accommodating.

Horrible. Felt very unsafe. Left early
We were not aware that the trip to the swimming area would be a 45 minute ride on very very rough sea. My kids were flying up in the air and it was very dangerous. We were so scared and felt like we injured ourselves because of the boat, slamming down up and down on the water. Once we got to the first swimming area, we told the driver that we wanted to get off and drive home in an uber. We were too scared to take the boat back. We were four adults and four children, and did not feel like the children were safe on the boat. They were holding on for their lives and didn’t have an appropriate seat for each of them. I would not recommend this at all and I’m very disappointed. We paid a lot of money for this and this is not what we were expecting. He also did not offer a life vest to the adults nor the children.

Good experience.
Small group, a large zodiac. Very pleasant crossings. 1st spot without much interest. A lot of waiting at anchor, people sick on board. 2nd spot, the Mejean cave. Exceptional. Again, too much waiting; we weighed anchor early by popular demand. Overall, a very nice excursion and good value for money. Contrary to the description, no drinks or snacks were served to us on board.

Fantastic experience
It was a very nice excursion. Our guide, Dylan, was always very attentive to us, explained a lot to us, and we made some incredible stops for snorkeling.

Nice walk
Very nice walk even for locals with beautiful discoveries by the sea.
Good explanations about the different monuments.
