Take home the recipes for the serves you've enjoyed and experience the incredible audio visual experience that is The Inhibitor Room. People who are photosensitive may be affected by the experience. This is an alcohol based experience, so it is for adults only. Our historic venue is very old and has a lot of stairs, so we regretfully cannot cater for wheelchair users or people who find stairs difficult. We can cater for all dietary requirements and have incredible non-alcoholic alternatives.

Prepare to tests your senseson this fantastic experience, I went as a solo and you are soon trying various liquids so get involved with others. The cocktails are next level and worth the money. The host was Anton and cocktail mistro was Rory Brett who were friendly and passionate about their job. Just book it and enjoy.

Great fun and great craic - 4 fab drinks and so much fun trying to identify smells and tastes. Paul the host was brilliant. Absolutely worth the money, a great night out!

My mum is severely partially sighted and despite the inaccessiblity of the building it was worth the extra work that it meant for mum and me. The guys running the show were excellent with us and very patient with the extra time it took us to get from room to room. The experience itself was excellent, interesting, learned a lot and they didn't skimp on the drinks.

Phil our host was very knowledgeable and funny. The whole experience was brilliant and we learnt a lot about our senses. Well worth the value and you don’t see the 2 and a half hours go . Everyone was so Friendly and having the craic. The venue is a lovely setting even with loads of stairs .

Anton was a brilliant host. He was fun, funny and interesting as he described how the different senses were at play during the experience. Also they end up really accurate when guessing your flavour profile cocktail. Won’t say much more than that as I don’t want to spoil the fun. If you’re in Belfast and you like unique experiences then give it go, I highly recommend it!
Great experience! We learned so much about our personal taste preferences that we never thought of. The cocktails served were very good but the best was the cocktail that was specifically made for each of us based on our personal preferences during the sampling of different flavors. Hard to explain the experience but definitely worth doing. Paul was an outstanding leader. Highly recommend.

Booked the Sensorium Experience for my niece's 18th birthday and we had so much fun! Sarah was our host, she did a great job for her first time hosting (she shared this with us) guiding us through the experience 👌 well done! Aoife really enjoyed exploring the table activities and having the different rooms kept everyone guessing what was coming next. The final activity on the rooftop creates a lovely atmosphere, well worth all the steps 🤣. Really enjoyed the celebrations, a great idea for getting a group of friends/family together to experience something different in the city 🥳💕
