People who choose to experience the Virtual Tour BAIAExperience, in Piazza Alcide De Gasperi in Baia, are welcomed in the small Virtual Reality Museum where, sitting on comfortable benches, they are helped to wear the VR headset to explore the seabed and the remains of the Submerged City of Baia. In particular, they will be able to see the submerged remains of the thermal baths of the Imperial Palace and, accompanied by a multilingual audio guide, will have the opportunity to meet inside these thermal baths. The virtual tour is the result of a study that lasted many years that allowed to reconstruct the seabed with the remains that emerge from the sand and the ancient architecture, then not only the volume but even the colors of the marble and plaster that originally embellished these rooms once frequented by emperors and wealthy patricians. 360° images completely envelop the viewer for an immersive experience that amazes and excites.

Virtually immerse yourself in the thermal baths
I recommend all visitors to the Phlegraean Fields area to stop in the small square in Baia in front of the Temple of Diana to take a trip back in time. With the headset, it is possible to explore this fascinating thermal complex that is now submerged and largely lost. Nicola will guide you with enthusiasm through this experience. We really appreciated the visit!

Extraordinary experience!
A truly extraordinary experience! It allows you to understand what life was like in a place where only submerged artifacts remain today. It is fascinating to see the reconstruction of the ancient baths, comparing what remains with their original appearance. Before the start of the 3D tour, the archaeologist Nicolai gave us a truly interesting and engaging introduction that helped us better understand the historical and archaeological context of the site. I recommend experiencing this before going diving or taking a boat tour: it makes everything even more engaging and meaningful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, to be repeated as soon as possible!
Organized tour for students of a second class of upper secondary school. The immersive experience was wonderful, it almost seemed to walk in the ancient baths of Baia. It was wonderful to associate images and colors of the ancient structures with the underwater remains visited previously. In addition, the explanation given by the expert who, for many years, has studied and cataloged these extraordinary places, was crazy, he managed to convey all his passion and love for this work. Even the guys got passionate about the virtual tour, they were involved and fascinated. Experience absolutely recommended to schools and all those who love history, archaeology and the Phlegraean camps area.
