The pick up was from Barcelona cruise terminal to Barcelona BCN airport. I was expecting the driver to arrive earlier with a sign showing my name. I had to whatsapp the driver to tell him we arrived. Even with that I waited 15 mins. Since it is Barcelona Transfer Premium which I paid higher price. I expected the driver at least come earlier and wait.
Keep Cell Phones open and available to get drivers messages for pickup location. Due to crowded airports arriving guests sometimes wonder away from where the driver is waiting.
Driver was waiting when we arrived. Very comfortable ride and courteous driver. Quick and easy transfer to city center Barcelona.
Thank you so much for your feedback , we apreciate it, you are always welcome to Barcelona
Great communication via viator app, timely responsive with flight delays monitoring arrival time and waiting for us thank you.
Our driver Tomas was excellent. He was there early which worked out for us since we got off the ship early. Was very helpful with our luggage since we had quite a bit of it. He had very good English and was able to give us some history of Barcelona on the way to the hotel.
Driver Tomas met us at the airport terminal, carried some of our luggage to the car and promptly transported us to our hotel. During the ride, he provided some information about Barcelona. The ride was comfortable.
Miguel was very respectful And waited for us - it took awhile for our luggage to get out. Just wish that he could have been more talkative.
Kevin was wonderful and made everything a smooth process! He met us at the designated location and was very knowledgeable about places to go and things to see
Perfect communication and very clean van. Very courteous driver and he got us where we needed in a very timely manner. Will use again
Even with a delayed plane the Wei was aware and met us promptly upon arrival. It was an easy and efficient drive.
