The boat was awesome! We went over n a day with rain in the forecast, but it was still amazing to be on the water and experience the beaches! The food on the boat was delicious, you will not go hungry!

They never picked us up or the other 6 people waiting for the tour. When we called the tour service the lady was very rude and hung up on my husband. We also tried Whatsapp and email. They never responded back to us our the others wanting. She said she had to deal with the 9 other trips going out. All we were trying to do is figure out how to get to the tour our if they were going to send a driver. Very disappointed ruined our birthday. Completely and did not assist with possibly rebooking another tour.

We had an amazing day on this tour! Balos and Gramvousa are absolutely beautiful, a must do if you are staying in Crete. The trip was well organised from start to finish, and it was definitely worth paying for the VIP ticket option as it's much quieter on the top deck where you get your own reserved double sun lounger, perfect for a couple. The lunch was also HUGE and very tasty, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great day❤️

We didn’t get to enjoy the experience because we missed the pick up time with our transfer. The company did communicate but it was confusing to us. So I’m just writing this to help other travelers pay extra attention to pick up times in messages (not the description). We lost all our money paid and didn’t get to go to a beach we really wanted to visit. Definitely hurts twice as much.
