Our experience with Sky Balloons was simply spectacular. 200% recommended! 🎈✨
From the organization to the flight, everything was excellent. It is a certified, professional, and very well-organized company that made us feel safe and calm at all times.
Our captain was Eduardo Monroy, an excellent captain, with a lot of experience and very well-trained. He gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the flight, and thanks to him, we had an incredible experience.
We took away unforgettable memories and spectacular views from the air. Without a doubt, I would fly with Sky Balloons again with my family every time I return to Mexico.

Sky Balloons experience + Tour with tour guide.
It was a unique and wonderful experience worth repeating. The responsible of the pilot who operated the balloon, all the staff who attended us, the breakfast at La Cueva was spectacular. On our Pyramid Tours, Christopher, our guide explained us in detail and easy to understand. 100% recommended. We look forward to repeating the experience. Excellent everything!!!

Highly recommended
It was very good, they were super punctual, they were aware of everything and the experience was very good, the pyramids were very beautiful, the balloon pilot was super attentive in explaining everything to us

It was not the best experience, there are better companies for this excursion.
It was not a memorable experience, your customer service department is very efficient to quote and collect yet leaves much to be desired when your customers expose force majeure situations and request your help.
The balloon flight was good and fun but upon arriving at the cave they had not even scheduled our visit, it was disappointing.

21 peoples in balloon, even no space to take photo, 0 star.
All of other balloons carried 4-6 people, our balloon carried 20 people excluding the pilot. Each section of the balloon had 5 people, it was extremely crowded and difficult to take photos, and even though we bought the drone package, the videos turned out badly because it was so crowded.

We'd like to point out that the capacity of each balloon is not determined by a fixed number of people, but rather by the total weight, for safety reasons. Occasionally, this may result in balloons with more passengers, always within safe limits.

Nice trip
The visit starts very early but it is worth getting up early, the transport arrived on time and we picked up more people along the way. Upon arrival everything is very nice and pleasant and the flight is quite enjoyable. I recommend buying the Adventure Flight has everything included and the price/benefit is totally worth it.

From the time the driver picked us up, until we returned to CDMX, the Staff is very well prepared, everyone, everyone has a positive attitude, always willing to take care of you.
The balloon flight was wonderful, seeing the pyramids from above is an unparalleled experience!!

The food got me sick
My fiancé and I went to Mexico and purchased the entire experience, including the breakfast buffet.
The fly experience was great, but the food made us very sick. The health conditions at the breakfast buffet were not good. They placed a plastic liner between the chafer's tray and the food so the heat of the sternos reacted with the plastic, contaminating the food.
I contacted them to let them know about this experience. They contacted me and offered to cover the medical bill or compensate the cost of the video and photo package. I agreed, and they did not contact me again after all.
I hope they will take my bad experience and fix all the issues I commented on for future visitors!
