Wow, 5 stars isn’t enough. Pedro is the BEST, as a trained sommelier raised in the Bairrada wine region, he not only is incredibly kind, professional, smart, and so thoughtful, he has deep knowledge about this region and wine that makes the vineyard tour and wine tastings an absolutely amazing experience. Just a few examples: Pedro created a customized tour to include the EXACT things we wanted to see/do (Aveiro, Costa Nova, wine tasting at family owned vineyards in Bairrada) and not only was his itinerary PERFECT in terms of where he selected to go, how long we would stay, things to see, private tours of secret wine cellars(!!!), but while we were en route he gave us fantastic insider insight and tips about the region, wines, what to see, dishes to try- there is no way you get that on 8 person van tours. He was just so impressive and ideal, I can’t say enough how wonderful our experience was. We already referred our neighbors visiting Porto to arrange a tour with Pedro, and we hope you do too! You will have the best time, worth every Euro. :-)
