We had a really good time. Driver was super friendly and could even speak a bit of English. He was right on time to pick us up. The ride was really smooth and the car incredible, super comfortable and clean, it even had massage on the rear seats. We got help with the tickets and everything and then we could visit and enjoy the wall at night on our own with no pressure. Certainly I would recommend the experience.
My evening trip to Badaling was fantastic. The service was top-tier—my driver was polite, professional, and even helped me navigate the site as a tour guide. The car was luxurious (with seat massager), and the entire process was stress-free. I am particularly impressed by the honesty regarding costs; there were no hidden charges or inflated tourist prices. Conveniently, the driver even paid my entry tickets and I simply paid him back with no additional fee. If you want a comfortable, stress free, and high-quality private trip to the Wall, this is it!
We had just one night in Beijing on our way from London to Osaka, and this tour was the perfect choice. Thanks to the driver’s translation app, we caught the Great Wall illuminated at night. Despite the drizzle, it was an amazing experience!!!! Thank you !!!
We had a fantastic day with Benny at the Great Wall and Summer Palace: he is a reliable, good driver and guide, provided the best experiences he could: arranged all our tickets in advance, was flexible in timing. He gave us many information and stories as a guide. Thank you, Benny!
We contacted Benny via TripAdvisor because of the great communication and reviews. We were very happy. We though the trip was very well organized. Excellent communication. Highly recommended. Dora was a great guide. We would like to come back and do the Beijing knot part of Jiankou.
Today's experience with Benny's group is excellent. The guide is very patience and professional throughout the journey.
We enjoyed the tour guide (Cindy)'s sharing of Chinese history! And she took beautiful photos for us at Great Wall & Summer Palace. She fetched us around 8.20am and we ended the day tour at around 5.20pm. She also brought us to a halal restaurant as we had dietary restrictions, nearby Mutianyu. She also accompanied my 73 y-old mum to take the ski lift down, as we were going to take the toboggan and my mum was unable to. Overall, great tour with great service! Highly recommended!
Our driver Cao was fantastic. We had a pleasant and stress free experience on our Great Wall and Summer Palace day trip. We also engaged Cao again for our transfers between hotels. He was always punctual and the car was spacious and clean. Payment was made at the end of service for peace of mind.
5-star experience with our guide, Hill! We visited the Mutianyu Great Wall and the Summer Palace in one perfect day. Hill was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our day special, helping with everything from photos to avoiding the biggest crowds. The price was very competitive for a private tour. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend Hill to anyone visiting Beijing!
Perfect communication, perfect timing, a smart guide willing to help and a very good driver! Overall, we were happy with the service.
