SENSEI MAEDA-SAN 10/10!
Sensei Maeda is very nice, patient and approachable! This is a super hands on experience of making soba! You'll experienve everything from mixing the dough, to kneading and cutting the soba! Highly recommended for beginners or noodle enthusiasts!

Soba making experience
Our experience was amazing! We had so much fun learning to make soba and our teacher was so kind and supportive. Definitely recommend.

Impressed by the first soba making
I actually did it and taught it how to move a hand and how to use a finger carefully and it became a study.
It has a difficult image, but I managed to get to the point where I ate it deliciously.
