Description
Immerse yourself in the handmade washi paper making. The workshop begins with an educational introduction to the history and unique characteristics of washi paper. You'll be guided through the entire process, from preparing the raw materials to mastering various papermaking techniques, including the thick washi (tamezuki), water drop (rakusui), thin washi (nagashizuki), and washi with patterns made with washi fibers (unryu) methods, each offering a different texture and design to the paper you create.
