Your journey begins with convenient hotel pickup in a comfortable 8-seater minivan. Our English-speaking driver will collect you directly from your accommodation and transport you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, allowing you to relax and focus on the experience ahead. To accommodate museum entry schedules , pickup times may vary and can be scheduled anytime between 5:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Exact pickup details will be provided before your tour. At Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, you will have the opportunity to explore the preserved camp grounds, see original barracks and exhibitions, walk along the historic railway tracks, and learn about the lives of those imprisoned here during the Holocaust. This experience combines reliable transportation, door-to-door service, and the convenience of an English-speaking driver, making your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible while ensuring you have time to reflect on the importance of this memorial site.

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel (or any address in Krakow) and take you to the museum
Once you arrive at the museum you will have a 15 minute break and then together with your guide you will enter the museum where security guards who will check your ID cards.
After the first part of the tour you will have a 15 minute break after which our drivers will take you to the next part of the tour Auschwitz Birkenau where you will have a one hour tour with your guide.
After the tour, our driver will take you to your hotel or another location in Krakow of your choice.

Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up passengers from all hotels and apartments. If your hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, we will suggest the closest location where we will meet. Our driver will meet you at the hotel reception or at the entrance if it is an apartment without a reception. You will only need to say your name and show the reservation on your smartphone. After the tour, we will drop you off at your chosen location.

Pick up on time from driver Matthew who was a great driver and very pleasant. Told me lots of interesting things about Krakov and also places to visit on rest of trip
The tour went according to plan. Our driver Matthew was good and drove safely. The communication prior the tour was a bit confusing and caused stress, as we were informed a day before the trip that there might not be tickets and the tour might be cancelled. In the marketing and on the booking it states that the service includes tickets. There is no disclaimer that in reality the tour company does not in fact have tickets ready before booking and the tickets can be confirmed only the day prior from the museum. Luckily on our case the tickets came through, but the possibility of cancellation looming in the air really caused us to wonder if we are going to miss the main part of our trip. Also, we booked a trip starting at 9 am (pick-up), specifically later starting time was what we wanted. The previous evening it was informed that we would be picked up at 5.30 am. All and all, dispate the hickups prior to the tour, the tour, driver and guide were good.

Our guide Magda was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient in communicating the most important parts of the Auschwitz sites. She set a good, manageable pace and allowed for questions and comments. Our driver Eugene was prompt, a wealth of knowledge, friendly and a safe driver.
