Auschwitz-Birkenau reservation cancellation 2 days before
They canceled our reservation today and we certainly can't rebook another visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau for October 4th. Our visit to Krakow, which we start tomorrow, is already starting under a bad 🌟 I think that if you book a month in advance, you can't cancel it 2 days before.
Operator response

DON'T TRUST! LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS!
THEY CANCELLED WITHOUT REASON 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE! And there were no more tickets on the official website!!! We come from Brazil for this visit!!!
Operator response

Tour certainly recommended!
Excellent experience! Very interesting tour with a bus that picks up travelers in Krakow and brings them back at the end of the tour. We had Valeria as our guide, who explained all the various phases of the tour very carefully and entrusted us to the Italian-speaking guide who accompanied us to both Auschwitz and Birkenau. I am certain that we had very qualified and professional staff who looked after us! Highly recommended tour for those coming to Krakow!
