Many thanks to the whole group! Alan is very excellent, thank you very much for the best honeymoon 🫶🏻
Amazing experience. Well worth the money. H was a very enthusiastic host.
H was amazing! Funny, informative and made the tour a blast
Gio was pretty awesome. Best tour guide you can ask for. He’s a super cool guy😎.
Our tour guide was fun, but that’s about as much good as I can say about this tour. The transportation van was packed way too tight, had very poor AC, and no water (actually there was very little water available the entire time). For an hour ride from Playa Del Carmen, that sucked. Then when we got to the adventure park, there was constant upselling. And most of it overpriced for what you get out of it. The zip lines were fine if you don’t mind being yelled at constantly and being herded like cattle. The ATVs I could have skipped. They were poorly maintained (mine pulled strongly to the right so that I was constantly having to fight it to stay straight). And the ride was just back and forth on a poorly maintained road absolutely full of deep potholes. Nothing really to see either as it’s basically a straight, dusty dirty road through the woods. By about half way through, my group just wanted it to be over. The one bright spot was the cenote, but they only gave us 15-20 minutes in it. I literally did the zip line 3 times and they were rushing us away. It would have been enjoyable if we’d have had more time. By the end of the trip, we were all hot, tired, dehydrated, and very underwhelmed. Note: I’m a fairly adventurous person and don’t mind a bit of strenuous activity, but this wasn’t worth it. I’d say pass on it.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Bob. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding transportation, activity pacing, ATV conditions, and overall organization, as they help us identify areas for improvement. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cenote and the attitude of your guide. Your feedback will be shared with our operations team as we continue working to improve the overall guest experience.
Fun. To the point. Not a lot of waiting around, just go from one experience to the next with very small breaks. Our tour guide Chilli was very nice and well spoken.
The 5 minutes in cenote. Nothing was great was a waste of money! They spend more time upselling VIP which had no difference in time or activity experience and also upsell unnecessary goggles to milk all the money they can. I was disappointed that the atv was a single file line where you kept having to hit brakes. The food was 2 tacos and one drink not unlimited and extremely rushed. The zipline is unsafe ! I left mad and injured 🤕 zipline is low and if you fall you will get wire burn. See below ! 400 dollars for 3 people 3 hrs. Staff also charged my daughter wrong and interrupted her twice in activities for her mistake!
Hi Catherine, We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. This is not the standard we aim to provide. All additional services and upgrades are optional, and safety is always our top priority. Our zipline system is regularly inspected and operated under strict safety protocols. ATV formations are designed to ensure control and safety for all participants. We’re especially concerned about your comment regarding the billing issue. Please share more details about your visit, including the date and reservation name, so we can properly review what happened. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Everything I liked thanks to Alan for the tour and the good vibe you load bro.
Very entertaining tour guide Marlon, made the experience worthwhile!
It was fun we started out with zip lining followed by ATV. They gave us a chance to change before going into the cenotes but before got to do tequila tasking. We came back after a few minutes at the cenotes where we jumped off a zip line and a ledge which was optional. Once we got back we changed and were taken to eat where the meal includes two tacos and you can purchase additional food at an additional cost. I recommend to have a good breakfast because the two tacos aren’t filling at all. Serving size is one taco, split in two tortillas. Lockers are rented, they recommend bandana and goggles but glasses worked just fine. They will ask for tips it’s optional from the driver, to the guides, and perform, even the waiter. Our guide was fun so we left them a tip and performer put up a good show so we tipped them not much but did leave a small tip. No phones are allowed in the first two activities for safety reasons since you need both hands but we’re allow to take our phones to the cenote. They do provide a photographer to take your pictures during activities so you can just enjoy the activities. Does cost a bit but it’s standard across most parks in the area. Over all experience was good we had fun and felt safe while doing the activities.
