First off, we do not mean to belittle anyone with our clues. If you read some of our good reviews, you will see that people often have a blast with the way we run our rooms by joking around with them a little throughout the game. I’m sorry if you feel you shined the black light everywhere, but it is obvious you did not, as many other guests find the clues successfully, and we’ve had people solve this same room with no clues at all. We do not discourage people from leaving a review. I simply say, “Please leave a review if you enjoyed yourself. If not, please keep all negativity to yourself.” Most people laugh and go about their day, as they take it as a joke. But considering your review, I guess you may not have understood it that way. We do take pictures of groups in the room on our phones, but people often ask us to take them with their phone instead, and we are happy to do so. You do not need to have an account to receive the picture, and if you ever asked us to remove it, we absolutely would.
