It was very pleasant and fun. Our guide was knowledgeable and very kind
Excellent experience from start to finish! The tour was very well organized, everything ran on time, and the itinerary was enjoyable. Ancient Corinth was fascinating, and the beach stop was a great addition. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Great value for money—I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Athens! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you !
We thought this was going to be a tour about the apostle Paul in Corinth, so maybe my mistake. But it's a long drive from Athens (90 minutes each way) and not all that interesting. Our guide, while a nice enough guy, told us very little over our 7 hours together. It didn't help that his English is weak, and difficult to understand (he admits this) - poorest of the 5 guides we've had so far in Greece. A tour of this length needs an extroverted guide with lots of knowledge and a willingness to share it. Also, this tour requires you to be in REALLY good shape. It involves a lot of climbing steep cobblestone paths. My wife had on sturdy sandels, but wishes she had worn her tennis shoes.
Thank you for your feedback. However, the tour description clearly states the itinerary, duration, and sites visited, including Ancient Corinth and Acrocorinth. The walking and uphill sections are also part of these historic sites and are not hidden from guests. Regarding the guiding, many guests have highly appreciated both the information provided and the overall experience. We are sorry that the tour did not match your personal expectations, but expectations that differ from the advertised itinerary do not necessarily reflect the quality of the tour itself. We wish you the best for the rest of your travels in Greece.
Pericles was our driver and host for the tour. He gave great information about sites and allowed for questions at anytime. The tour is a quick look at the canal, acro-Corinth (bring good shoes the rocks are slippery and can be very windy) and ancient Corinth. Ancient Corinth is HUGE! Note there are sites on both sides of the parking lot. Apollo temple, museum, Bema of Paul is on one side of the lot and the theater, with Erasmus’ stone is on the other side of the parking lot down several stairs. Beach town is cute with little eateries and sandy beach. Pericles was great walking along side us at canal and acro-Corinth explaining historical structures and answering questions. He has great timing and quickly purchased our tickets at ancient Corinth after brief history conversation in the van. Thank you Pericles for a great time! We enjoyed seeing Greece with you!
This was a great small almost private tour group of six people. Sotiris, our guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very interested in making sure we had a good experience on the tour. I would highly recommend it.
I highly recommend this experience. We had a super good day. We visited the ancient city of Corinth and then went to Loutraki. Periklis was our driver, who explained everything about the tour to us. Thank you very much for everything!!!!
I had a wonderful trip to Corinth. The archaeological site was fascinating. We also enjoyed beautiful views, had enough free time to explore, and everything was well organised. It was a perfect combination of history, culture, and relaxation. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Greece.
Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Provides a great experience!
We had a wonderful day visiting the Corinth Canal, Ancient Corinth, and Acrocorinth with Periklis. Although this wasn’t a guided walking tour, he shared valuable historical and biblical insights during the drive that gave us a much deeper appreciation for each location before we explored. One thing I especially appreciated was that we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time at every stop to walk around, take photos, and experience each site at our own pace. Acrocorinth was definitely a highlight with its incredible views, and seeing Ancient Corinth after recently studying 1 Corinthians made the experience even more meaningful. If you’re looking for a well-organized tour that balances helpful information with enough free time to explore on your own, I highly recommend this experience. Thank you, Periklis, for a fantastic day 🤙🏽
Pericles does his very best to give you a good trip and experience. It was a great option for a Corinth trip as most of the other options were private trips. He is very laid back and pleasant and overall it was a good experience. Corinth itself is amazing - the history and the place are both top notch.
