AREA 47 Water AREA Entrance Ticket

We spent a weekend at Area 47 as a family. We would like to highlight the friendly staff, the uncomplicated check-in and check-out, as well as the breakfast, which was really good and completely sufficient. Unfortunately, there were also some points that disappointed us. The shuttle service drove past us twice despite pouring rain. The third time, the shuttle had already finished for the day, so we had to walk about 800 meters to our accommodation with all our luggage. The accommodation was very spartan and not very well thought out. There were hardly any options to hang up or dry clothes or wet towels. The lighting was also partly very harsh and uncomfortable. Regarding the attractions, the limited opening hours of the diving boards due to a contest were annoying. Unfortunately, we could not use the Plop-Station at all because of the overlap with our booked activities. Canyoning, on the other hand, was a real highlight. The beginner tour was a bit sluggish due to a group of around 20 people. The "Lost Valley" tour on the second day with fewer than ten participants was really great, however – fantastic tour and super guides! However, we found Kitchen 47 very disappointing. In our opinion, the prices are completely excessive and the food could not keep up with them. We would definitely recommend eating outside of Area 47 here. Conclusion: Great outdoor activities and excellent guides, but unfortunately, the price-performance ratio for accommodation, shuttle service, and dining does not work for us. We would gladly return for the activities – next time, we would probably stay and eat elsewhere.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Due to a pregnancy, my partner was able to cancel the booked tour free of charge – however, cancellation fees were charged for me as an accompanying person, despite the joint booking. Naturally, I would hardly go on a rafting tour as a couple alone if my partner cannot participate due to pregnancy. Particularly annoying: We were also unable to use an existing voucher for the booking or the cancellation fees, as it can only be presented on-site. As a result, the cancellation fees could not even be deducted from the voucher amount. Our request for goodwill was not accommodated. Especially in such a situation, I would have expected more customer orientation and accommodation. A real shame – especially for a company of this size.

Monday morning, during the holidays, very hot weather. Probably less going on than on the weekend, nevertheless enough but it worked if enough personal responsibility and caution is involved. That not many get injured at the water climbing wall, for example, is a mystery to me. Hardly at the wall and climbing, min. swimming. 2 children or people under one. All in all a cool experience (since admission is included in the Imst card with min. 3 overnight stays in the region.) Blop and SlipSlide only in time slots but with a reasonable wait time. On the "Ninja/Takeshi-Parkour" way too long a wait time and too many on the track at the same time. Cleanliness okay. Food for our purpose great. Bouldering area good and new routes were just being set on the climbing tower, therefore also enough variety. A good "you can't go wrong" destination for half a day or a whole day. Booking other activities like canyoning, rafting, high ropes course with smaller providers helps them, is more personal and more familiar again .. if you forgo the convenience of getting everything from one source via the are47 :)

If you are looking for a real adventure, I can highly recommend a rafting tour with Sadam! We had an incredibly fun time and an unforgettable time on the water. His friendly manner and the great support made the experience perfect. We will definitely come back – provided we can do the tour with Sadam again. ;)

The place looks really nice, but it's so osse it We were there at 10 a.m., where the park opened, we were told all water slides would open between 12-13, we were there until 15 a.m., we didn't see a single open water slide ♂️ really ridiculous, we paid 92 euros for a family ticket, at all not worth the money...

Awesome trip with friends. Rafting, e-biking, climbing... everything is amazing there. Good accommodation, nice restaurant. Great guides for all activities.

We had a sow good time! Have tested the Mega Swing, Flying Fox, Wake Board and Canyoning. Top! Thanks for the great time, have stayed in the cottage village.

We have been rafting with Pawan, an amazing and funny guy from Índia! He made us feel safe, but made us live amazing adventures on and inside the water ;) take care he might take you on a date afterwards!

Super organized, great and friendly staff, very delicious food and good selection. The accommodations are also very cozy and beautiful. A great getaway and highly recommended. High ropes course is very spectacular and wakeboarding very fun

The Area 47 campus was EXCELLENT for older children/families who like adventure activities. It really was a great experience and well priced. However. After setting all our account and returning home, an additional invoice of 175 EUR was sent to me saying that I had incorrectly put in the ages for the children. After deciphering the invoice, several back-and-forth emails where they didn't accurately respond to the facts I shared, I had to point out to them that the error was on their side (despite them insisting the error was mine). It was somehow and 'error in their system' that 'miscalculated' the age of the children. After they insisted that I booked incorrectly and me insisting I booked correctly, I had to pointing out their 'computer error', their reply was: "...thank you for your honest feedback... we're very sorry... not in a position to offer a further discount in this case..." There was no discount applied which is well within their best interest to offer a future discount on a subsequent booking. Just to be clear, they asked - specifically - if there was anything they could do to help restore trust. It really was an excellent holiday experience but now I have a bad customer service experience which I find very unfortunate...
