Knew nothing about the popular sport of dog sledding in Alaska but now I do. The dedication and love they have for their dogs is truly amazing and a blessing. Thank you!
This was an amazing experience with both the trainer, musher and the dog sled team. I highly recommend this experience!
Family that participates in the Iditarod race giving us first hand knowledge about the dogs, the race, and the grueling preparation needed for the world wide event. Rode along dirt track and was able to pet the dogs and puppies afterwards
Amazing tour, the history, guides and of course the puppy’s were all great. Overall it was a great tour and worth the money would do it again.
It was awesome! It was beautiful outside and the pups were super gentle and playful. The older doggies were gentle and friendly as well. Learned a lot about the fur rondy and Iditarod. Would definitely come again.
The guides were precious, so knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We didn’t want to leave!
This was a wonderful experience to get that hands on, informative, exciting opportunity for an all around mushing tour. Robert, a third generation musher, and Jay explained what it’s like being in the great Iditarod race across the wilderness of Alaska. The care and love they have for their dogs is phenomenal. We easily boarded a cart so 12 dogs pulled us for an exciting ride through the woods. For that true Alaskan experience, visit Robert and Jay right here in Anchorage. Then cuddle the new puppies, future Iditarod athletes!!! You will LOVE this!!!
This was a great way to learn about the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race from an experienced musher. Our group had a ton of questions and he answered everything, and told us about his personal experience. Riding around the track was really fun and getting to meet all the dogs was incredible. The puppies were so sweet!
