Fantastic display of Van Gogh work. We used the highlights version of tour. Very informative and easy to use.
It was a dream come true. Less crowds early in the morning. Be prepared to stand in line. Be prepared for rain.
down loaded the app --but very difficult to use --checked every day --instructions very complicated and difficult to understand --right up until a few hours before the time I thought that I would not get the tickets and I had blown the money --that kind of anxiety is really not necessary .

Beautiful museum and very well curated. Staff was very friendly. Had a slight “snafu” regarding scheduled time and what the ticket showed. However it was easily remedied.
It was a very good museum. As you can imagine,there was plenty to see there,from his family history to some of his iconic paintings.

After years of happily using Viator they let us down badly. After chasing 24 hours before and one month after booking the tickets and money being taken we were told there were no tickets available by the local agent and was told to contact the company to arrange a refund. This was a key visit on our Amsterdam trip for our daughters..

Ticketing with Viator was very easy and they had tickets available when others did not. Tickets were delivered electronically and in a timely manner. There was a discrepancy between the entrance time given by Viator and the time printed on the tickets. I messaged the Viator agent but did not receive a timely answer. Arrived at the museum at the earlier of the two times and all was well.
