The whole experience was very smooth and well organized. Having access to the Generalife, Alcazaba and Nasrid Palaces made it easy to explore the main highlights of the Alhambra without having to worry about buying separate tickets. The skip-the-line option was also really convenient and saved us a lot of time. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed the visit. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Granada!
The booking was only cancelled one day before the scheduled date, which is a huge disappointment and organizational problems for me. Despite your written commitment to a 100% refund, I have not received the amount to date.
The overall experience was great and pleasant. Baby ticket was given at the main office with passport validation. Alhambra is beautiful, mysterious and a must visit attraction!
