Lamentamos que su experiencia para visita en grupo no pudiera llevarse a cabo y agradecemos que comparta su opinión. La situación que describe es muy poco habitual, cientos de opiniones muy positivas avalan la visita guiada en grupo pero, en ocasiones, puede ocurrir que ésta ,no alcance el número mínimo de participantes necesario para llevarse a cabo. Esta posibilidad está indicada en las condiciones generales de la reserva. Cuando esto sucede, intentamos ofrecer todas las alternativas posibles para que nuestros clientes puedan disfrutar de la Alhambra. En su caso, le ofrecimos la posibilidad de realizar la visita con las entradas facilitadas, sin guía y con el reembolso correspondiente del guiado , o bien contratar una visita privada con un suplemento reducido . También intentamos que se incorporara a otro grupo, aunque no fue posible encontrar esa alternativa para su horario . Finalmente, usted decidió aceptar la opción de visitar la Alhambra con las entradas proporcionadas sin guía y no pagar un suplemento . Respetamos su decisión, aunque lamentamos que perdiera la experiencia guiada ,siendo esto lo menos usual. Somos conscientes de que una visita guiada aporta un gran valor a la experiencia, especialmente en un monumento tan extraordinario como la Alhambra, cuya historia y arquitectura se disfrutan de una manera diferente con las explicaciones de un guía especializado.
