AVOID! Booked and confirmed, travelled to the meeting point from another city only to find that the guide did not show up. Called the company to find out they would not be running the tour and that I was out of luck, but they'd process a refund... after the tour was already meant to begin and we'd travelled all the way there for the day... Didn't even apologise. Completely ruined what was meant to be the highlight of our trip. Viator refused to do anything about it and actually does nothing to confirm if their operators are even legitimate.
Hi Naser, Please note your you made a reservation just 2 days earlier than the event/tour date and we have a very limited response and contact with you. However, As it was an Urgent booking request we tried to reach you over the phone (+61 04...38) however we were unable to reach you. We also offered you the option to reschedule the tour date and once you refused all the options we have to provide you with a Full Refund. I suggest you plan your tour at least 1/2 weeks earlier when booking the top landmark like Alhambra/Nasrid Palaces in the future.
