Do not book with this company. It is a scam !. Just received email cancelling my trip on 6/10 obviously too late to book other tickets. This company should not be allowed on Trip Advisor

We were told our trip needed to change and would receive new tickets the day before but on the day of the trip it was cancelled, no new tickets were issued then the operator blocked my WhatsApp messages. Extremely poor service and communication

On the day, Saturday, September 19, 2026, we were unable to visit the Alhambra because you did not send our tickets. Very bad experience with Tripadvisor, very disappointed because everything was sold out on site to buy tickets again. We came from France for this visit and it was a birthday present.
SCAM!!! Booked on 8/5/26. Received a WhatsApp message on 9/12 (a week before my trip) that due to a technical error, my reservation would be canceled. I see the last reviewer received a cancel notice in WhatsApp from the same number. It still shows as confirmed in the TripAdvisor app. The Alhambra is WHY we are coming to Granada, and now everything is sold out. They have also not issued a refund.
I had a valid reservation for the Alhambra on September 10 at 2:00 PM. The provider first told me that the Nasrid Palaces would be closed. I did not ask for a refund, I simply asked for an official confirmation. They then acknowledged that the Palaces would finally be open, but canceled my ticket anyway because of a technical problem in their system, without my consent. The most disappointing thing is that they canceled my reservation at the last minute, without looking for the slightest alternative, even though my visit was scheduled for the next day. Despite my requests to find a solution, they are no longer responding. A technical problem can happen, but canceling a customer's ticket without their consent and offering no solution is totally unacceptable.

Grounds, buildings and views were amazing
Very beautiful site to see absolutely if you are in the region. Too bad because of the earthquake a part of the site was closed and no discount, I find that not business-like.
