The Citadel of Qaitbay is a 15th-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean sea coast, in Alexandria, Egypt. It was built from 1477 to 1479 AD it was built by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa'it Bay. The Citadel is situated on the eastern side of the northern tip of Pharos Island at the mouth of the Eastern Harbour.

Pompey's Pillar is a Roman triumphal column in Alexandria, Egypt. Despite its modern name, it was actually set up in honour of the Roman emperor Diocletian between 298–302 AD. The giant Corinthian column originally supported a colossal porphyry statue of the emperor in armour. It stands at the eastern side of the temenos of the Serapeum of Alexandria, which is now in ruins.
Bibliotheca Alexandrina is a major library and cultural center on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in Alexandria, Egypt. It is a commemoration of the Library of Alexandria, once one of the largest libraries worldwide, which was lost in antiquity. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina contains books in classical Arabic, English, and French languages.
Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, descending three levels beneath the city, might not be one of Egypt’s top attractions, but they’re certainly worth a visit.

Our family of five took this tour and it was organized chaos in the best way. The experience was unforgettable the kids still talk about the mummies at the library. The admission fee was fair for a family group. The length of the visit was just right for the kids they didnt get too tired. The atmosphere was bustling but the guide kept us all together. Crowd size was busy but we managed. The staff were excellent with children our guide had candy in his pocket for the little one. Best for families who want a structured but fun day.

I took this tour with my dad and it was special because he loves Roman history. The experience brought us closer as he told me stories and the guide added the facts. We went as a family with three kids and I was stressed about the logistics but this tour was smooth. The experience started with the driver picking us up in a huge van that fit all of us comfortably. The admission fees were all included so no arguments at the ticket counters. The length of the visit was perfect for kids they didnt get cranky because we moved at a good pace.
