We thought that this tour was too expensive. We had trouble finding the place……having to go into the Lumberjack Show to show our tickets and being led to the back door via the wharf where everyone else was already seated. (I think they all came directly from the Lumberjack show). The crab was delicious, the service good, but I feel sure the experience would have cost less if we’d just walked into one of the other places,

It was great! The crab was delicious and they made sure we truly had all we could possibly want. The servers were really friendly and helpful too! I LOVED this! Worth every penny! Highly recommend!
Delicious 🦀 and I did eat a lot! Location was walking distance from our ship. The crew were quick in serving as we were on a time schedule.
We went in six people, everyone liked it a lot!! Excellent Alaskan crab, very tasty and satisfying, comes with drinks (beer and sodas).
Friendly atmosphere and delicious crab. For the first time in our lives we were completely full and couldn’t eat another bite of this delicious crab.
It truly is all the crab you could eat… Could not eat another bite. It was delicious and very friendly… Even the carrot cake was good.
This was the perfect experience for my crab loving toddler who waited months to eat “real crab in Alaska.” Such a fun experience. The staff was amazing and the crab was endless
1). Our tour was crab fest only. It was difficult to find the venue because there were no signs that directed you to the "Harbour Haus". It was easy to find the Lumber Jack show, but if you were doing the crab fest only, it was not ovbvious. We had to find someone to ask. 2). We wanted to try and change our reservation time so we called the venue and left a message the day before. No one called us back. 3). The dungeness crab was not the best and it was difficlut to get at any substantial meat. However, you were offered as much as you wanted. The food service was excellent and all the servers were very accommodating.
Outstanding crab feed! Friendly, clean and really good food!
Highly recommend the overall experience. There was some confusion because we did not attend the show. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. When they say all you can eat. They really mean as much crab as you can eat during the service time. We had plenty of time to eat plenty of crab and it was all great.
