I used it to travel from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik city. When I told them the hotel or cruise terminal as my destination during check-in at the airport, they connected me to the city feeder service bus at the main bus terminal and took me directly to my destination without any waiting time.

This is a great service, taking a cab is about $175. Comfortable bus, they stow your luggage below. Easy to find at the airport and the main bus station, BSI.

Smooth ride to the airport but did leave 10 minutes early. Make sure you don’t arrive at the ladt minute

We used the transfer from downtown Reykjavik to the international airport. From booking to transfer, everything went smoothly. Punctual departure at the bus terminal and arrival at the airport. We can only recommend it. Well organized.

Bus driver was competent, getting us to the airport safely. I don’t think he said one word the whole time…not even “welcome aboard.” If there was a bathroom onboard, he didn’t mention it. The phone chargers weren’t working at our seats and he was indifferent.
