Do yourselves a favor and do not use this service. It is not worth the time they make you waste to save a few bucks. Liars, inefficient, and very unprofessional. And then they blame you for having booked "last minute." Instead of not offering the service or indicating that after certain hours the wait time at the airport can be more than an hour.

I booked with this company Customer service rep named Adriel told me to put Cancun because my hotel was not not listed Was told that for a 22 minute ride from the airport I’d be charged an extra $80 CAD when we already spent $97 for a round trip transfer from the airport Attempted to cancel before the 24 hour no refund policy and the representatives told me I could not cancel because their offices operate in a different time zone. How is that my problem if I’m still outside of the 24-hour no refund policy? I booked before the no refund was in effect but they made sure to waste my time. We had to get a last minute ride with Cancun shuttle which was EXCELLENT. Caribbean transfer did not pick me up at the hotel, the operators refused to give me back my $100. Do not book with these scammers

If you are thinking about taking a taxi at the airport, I do not recommend it; book the transportation service in advance so you avoid the bad experience of having over 200 people trying to sell you the service at an inflated price. From the moment you arrive at the terminal, they want to sell you something, whether it's timeshares or a huge story, and they all know each other; you just keep smiling and walking, you are almost at the exit. If your hotel offers transportation and you can coordinate it with them, that is better. I went online from the terminal itself, found the service, paid with PayPal, and in less than 15 minutes I already had a driver waiting for us. As soon as you receive the payment notification by email, you text the information phone number on WhatsApp and they answer you quickly and provide you with all the information about the driver and the exact terminal where they will pick you up. The first driver for the trip there was Mr. Moroni and for the return trip Mr. Manuel Güemes, both excellent and professional. If you can take both services, the round trip is more economical. Extra tips: car rental is not recommended, I was told horror stories, and another tip: on the way there are Chedraui stores, buy what you need there, it is much cheaper and without the hassle of haggling; download a currency exchange app so you know how much things cost in your currency. Great shuttle service to Playa del Carmen. Easy pickup from the airport, comfortable ride, and very friendly driver. Everything was smooth and on time—highly recommend! Since we had kids on our trip it would be cool if the shuttle could provide some entertainment for them, it’s only a suggestion.

They stood us up. They never came for us, the flight was delayed 15 min and they never monitored my flight. When you hire they tell you they monitor the flight to be on time. I do not recommend it at all...!!!
