Airport Meet Assist and Transfer

The gentleman receiving me asked for my passport and didn’t explain why exactly he wanted my passport. He kept going through the pages while guiding me to the immigration desk. He didn’t explain what he was doing. Travelers naturally feel uncomfortable when non immigrant staff olay with their passports. Nonetheless the gentleman was polite and kind but I would strongly urge to explain to travelers what is happening and what the expectations are. The driver was professional, however the vehicle was a disaster. There was no AC and it was hot, and the ride was long with the windows open during high traffic, which is unhealthy, aside from being extremely uncomfortable

Wonderful experience value for money Guided tours Multi city tours Well behaved guides Alexandria & Cairo

If you are planning a trip to Egypt and want a seamless, stress-free, and deeply authentic experience, look no further than Fizo (Mohammad). From the moment we landed to the final airport drop-off, Fizo provided world-class service that went above and beyond any expectations. Reliability Like No Other Our trip started with a major delay, but despite our plane landing 4 hours late, Fizo was there waiting for us with a smile. We later found out he even cancelled another tour just to ensure we weren't left alone. That level of dedication is rare. Even at midnight, he didn't just drop us off; he walked us through hotel check-in, took us to grocery stores, helped with currency exchange, and showed us the best local spots to eat. Expert Planning & Knowledge Fizo’s planning is meticulous. He organized our entire itinerary across the country from top to bottom, including: Northern Gems: Alexandria and Cairo. Adventure: A thrilling desert ride in Fayoum. The Nile & Beyond: Luxor, Aswan, and the breathtaking Abu Simbel. Relaxation: The beautiful beaches of Hurghada. His knowledge of these sites is "fanatic"—he doesn't just recite facts; he brings history to life. Every day tour was perfectly timed and well-structured. A True Professional and Friend What really sets Fizo apart is his personality. He is incredibly honest, funny, and kind-hearted. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' safety and happiness. He stayed by our side everywhere we went, guiding us carefully through every crowd and site. He isn't just a guide; he’s a true friend in Egypt. Bottom line: If you want an amazing Egyptian adventure with a guy who is genuine and deeply knowledgeable, book with Fizo. He made our trip the experience of a lifetime!

Mohamed was a driver and a guide able to make us fall in love with Cairo, taking us to the most authentic places, eating like real locals. It was really a pleasure to discover Egypt with him; as if that were not enough he is also an extremely nice and kind person with whom it is very easy to communicate. Super recommended!

Amazing experience, from airport pick up, to an incredible tour around the pyramids, museums, and a nice place to eat, and also transfer back to the airport. Would definitely recommend, very honest and polite 👍

Highly recommend this service. Driver Mohammed Fayez was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. He speaks English well.

Mohamed has a warm personality; always put our needs first. Very easy to communicate with him as he spoke excellent English. One time, I left my water flask in his vehicle. He delivered back to me at the hotel even when late into the night. Definitely would recommend his services.

During my visit to Egypt, I had the opportunity to meet Fayiz, and we spent two days traveling together by his car. It was a truly positive experience. His behavior was very pleasant and courteous. My family and I genuinely enjoyed our time with him.

Our trip to Egypt was incredible. We saw incredible pyramids od Giza, explored Grand Egyptian Museum, and enjoyed views we saw at the fortress in Alexandria. Last but not least, the ride on the dunes was amazing, full of emotions. Our guide was extremely helpful and nice, he organised everything from top to the bottom.
