All aboard this exclusive cruise for a wonderful experience on the award winning, beautiful and luxurious catamaran Afrikat. Departing from 09:30 - 14:00 during the Summer months and 10:00-14:30 during Winter, you can enjoy fun and adventure and see the amazing island of Gran Canaria from a different perspective – on the sea! Leaving from Puerto Base, Puerto Rico, we cruise along the coastline of the Gran Canaria, enjoying the amazing views and beautiful weather towards a calm crystal clear bay. Here we anchor - enjoy a swim in the refreshing water and try snorkelling – we recommend that you bring your own equipment. Craving fun, speed or adventure? – then try the donut ride or Jet-ski or experience parasailing – all water sports at a special discounted rate. You can also take a fun journey with a Captain in our speedboat. Our crew serve a delicious meal for you. Throughout your time with us on board, there is a choice of Sangria, beer, soft drinks, coffee, or water available.

Collection is only available from centralised pickup points in the South of the island. As usual a completely wonderful trip with the catamaran Afrikat, completely superb staff who really make you feel at home. They also offered a bottle of wine because we were returning guests, even though last time was before the pandemic. Can really recommend Afrikat for a lovely and relaxed trip to the sea. Thanks 🙏
We had such a lovely time, highly recommend this trip. We’ve known Ash the saxophonist who plays on some trips for quite a number of years but have never got around to doing the trip. We’re so glad we did it this holiday, the team are so friendly and funny, they keep you entertained the whole time you are there, thank you for our surprise as well 🥰

Amazing day. Crew were lovely (especially Duncan he was the entertainment of the day) lovely food , unlimited drink, watersports. Overall was the highlight of my holiday will definitely book again!

Went on the morning cruise and found the boat very accessible from start to finish. The crew assist with boarding on the wider gangway/bridge onto the boat and seat you in one of the designated seats for those with limited mobility. They are very comfy and have an amazing view of everything! The 4 1/2 hours was a good length of time to spend admiring the views and taking part in the activities included. The swimming in the sea and snorkelling was amazing! Saw hundreds of fish and the water was a perfect temperature for the heat of the day. As the boat only has a smaller number of people on board, I feel the experience was better and the staff were attentive to each guest. The staff were funny and engaged everyone in the tour, safety briefing and were professional. 5 stars! I think the cruise is best for those who prefer a trip with a smaller crowd and more engaging staff, but it is also one of only a few accessible boat cruises for those with limited mobility. The price reflects this and I do feel it could be reduced so that more people could go on it and not feel like disability should cost more. 5+++ stars. Would highly recommend - don’t miss out!

We had the pleasure of enjoying a trip on the Afrikat on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. It was really „chillaxing“! The crew is fantastic. We had the chance to try several kinds of watersport and decided for parasailing and the donut ride, as well as for snorkeling. The food and drinks were simply super and fresh! Since we enjoyed the trip so much, we immediately signed up right away on the boat for the following Thursday – this time we also tested the speedboat and the jet ski (twice!). We highly recommend this trip. Everything is in time and reliable, the crew is incredibly funny and hyper-friendly and it's very interesting and relaxing. Everything is clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for everything, and we'd love to come back again!
