Adventures day: Thermal Springs, Waterfalls, private guesthouse

Hey, explorer! I’m Mike, running this adventure for the past 16 years. It's not just a tour, it’s a dive into Valencia’s secrets with small groups and a personal touch. My Nomad Soul Retreat, a private riverside guesthouse at Montanejos’ thermal springs, is unique and I share it with you. During the day we will go to 4 epic stops: The 60m Bridal Veil waterfall, The Blue Lagoon (25°C year-round), the screamingbirds canyons, and the dam. The groups are small so you can enjoy and have a great time. Pick up at 9:30 AM at the centric Plaza de Saragossa in our A/C minibus. At the springs, enjoy our exclusive river side house with changing rooms, bathrooms, safe storage, and showers —crowd-free. For lunch you can stay at the house or taste local cuisine in the village. The food is amazing and cheap. Minimal walking, suits all. Back by 5:30 PM Includes: transport, guide, entry fees, Mike's retreat, water shoes, floaters, life jackets, snorkeling gear! Excludes: food, drinks.

The Bridal Veil Waterfall. During the summer season we will swim under the waterfall and the river next to it.
Experience the stunning natural beauty of the Blue Lagoon area, with a swim in crystal-clear healing springs, exploring caves, and taking in stunning scenery surrounded by majestic canyons. The water is at a consistent 25°C temperature, making it perfect for swimming all year round. For the more adventurous, you can jump off a cliff or indulge in a fish pedicure.
We will make a lunch stop to recharge and gather our energy for the rest of our adventure. During the summer months, we usually stay at the Blue Lagoon where we can still enjoy the stunning scenery while we eat our sandwiches and sip refreshing drinks. In the winter, we opt to have lunch in the nearby town where we can indulge in some of the local Spanish cuisine. Either way, our lunch break is a nice and enjoyable part of our journey. There are some vegetarian options at both places and the prices are affordable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, from the narration on the way to the Thermal Springs, the time at that springs, (encourage to take the leap from the rocks into the pool) the lunch was delicious to the stops on the way back. Nick and Anna were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend this experience.
Beautiful swimming. The waterfall wasn’t the greatest but the thermal springs was amazing. Lunch was good Quite a lot of hill walking
Both Nick and Juanco were great! They were very informative, safe and fun. We had a great time visiting the baths, waterfall and dam with all on the bus which is a compliment to them as they had us all chatting and laughing with them and each other. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Our Adventures Day tour of Bridal fall and Thermal springs was wonderful! It was really nice take a day trip outside of Valencia and see the countryside. Our guide, Nic was very knowledgeable about the city's history and told fun & interesting facts along the 45-60 min drive. Our driver, who Nic called Juan Ho, was also very engaging with everyone. Though it wasn’t recommended we swim at Bridal Falls, it was gorgeous. Nic was quite the photographer making sure everyone had the group photos they wanted. Especially at the thermal springs with his waterproof camera. He also took video of those brave enough to jump off the cliff. Before the end of our trip, Nic transferred all the photos. The private guesthouse is what set this tour apart from the others. A private place to change, have our bags securely locked, bathrooms, swim shoes, and floating aids made all the difference. Nic’s guided swim through the canyon was breathtaking and the cliff jump was exhilarating. The day before, we were notified about the option to stay longer or have lunch in town. The restaurant was wonderful, a delicious meal, and well worth the time. My only disappointment was that the pony tail falls was substituted for the dam. At the end of our tour, Nic shared a personal recommendations page he made about the area. The tour was like having a friend show you around. Highly recommend!
This was such an unforgettable experience. Nick and Juanjo are a great team that went above and beyond to make sure everyone aboard had a great experience. The knowledge that Nick shared with the group about valencia, and the tour locations helped us feel a true connection to the land, people and the culture. The river was beautiful and serene. There is a small house to get changed and use the bathroom. There are water shoes & floaties provided. Lunch is at a quaint restaurant located near the river, the ox tail is a must. The portion sizes are huge! The stops on the way to the waterfall were beautiful and filled with so much history. The waterfall was stunning and a great way to end the trip. Overall we spent about 2.5 hours at the river, 1 hour at lunch and 1 hour at the waterfall with plenty of time at the stops in between for pictures! If you are in Valencia and considering this tour, do it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Juanjo and Nick for an awesome day!
Fantastic day visiting the Montanejos Thermal pools. Great to see a fellow Australian Nic as the tour guide. He was amazing and made the day lots of fun. He took photos in the water so you didn’t have to worry about your camera. The driver Jaun was amazing too and such a smooth driver . Recommend this tour to everyone it was a great day out

The locations were fantastic, our guide Nic and driver Juanjo were very friendly and knowledgeable. The house by the thermal river was a great addition. The AC minivan was great.
The tour was awesome. Just what we needed. Nick and Juan were wonderful as guide and driver. We would definitely do it again, will be taking visitors, and would recommend to anyone.
