I booked a 2 hour tour of the Sagrada Família on 30 May. After confirmation of the booking for 8 June, I rescheduled my return flight to the U.S. at the amount of $578. On the evening of 5 June they informed me via email my tour had been canceled due to a private event. No other tour of this famous landmark was available which is my sole purpose to stay in Barcelona. Along with additional nights in a hotel and food, I will incur over $1000 in costs and all due to My Top Tour inability to provide a simple service due to poor management. Do not book with this company.
