Terrible company - total scam!! Save your money!!
Wish I had read Tripadvisor first. This company is a complete scam. Absolute disgrace of a company. We got in to the Parc but the app wouldn’t download at all (despite an hour of trying and all the codes), no way to make the codes work then they wouldn’t let us in to the museum as we didn’t have the correct ticket. I paid four times the amount to get in and couldn’t even get the audio tour or in to the museum. Now I’ve reached out to them for a partial refund as we were refused entry and they are belligerent and blaming it on me. Lesson learnt!! Don’t use this company at all and I’m a tour guide so the 600+ people I walk through here per year will never be using them either. Revolting, I hate scam artists!! Save your money and buy at the gate. I should have known better but I sadly expect more of people!! A frustrating, disappointing and terrible day and all ruined because of “My Top Tour”!!
