I made a reservation with this agency, very professional from the first moment, due to force majeure I had to move my dates and they were very flexible, I did Machu Picchu, Humantay, Mountain of Colors, 7 lagoons (very demanding for me), Moras Moray , sacred valley and more. Katia's attention was always the best, she asked me how I was doing and was on the lookout in case I had any questions. I highly recommend booking with them. Since I didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying myself.
Overall it's a good agency. Everything worked fine. I would like to highlight the almost 24/7 support given by Sharon by phone. Of negative points, the pick up at the hotel for the tours was sometimes a bit confusing, the meals were below expectations and above all the very dangerous driving on the part of the drivers.
