5 hours Private Desert Safari Setup in Dubai

Mr. Pasha, our driver, was very friendly at first. We were picked up about half an hour earlier than scheduled and then driven out into the desert, where we were offered the opportunity to book an additional quad or buggy tour at an extra cost. We were also taken to a shop where we were encouraged to buy scarves for around €20. Eventually, the Dune Bashing started, and we really enjoyed the ride at first. Unfortunately, the driver got a flat tire, apparently because he was driving a little too aggressively. As a result, the Dune Bashing had to come to an early end. In an attempt to make up for the time lost because of the breakdown, Mr. Pasha started driving extremely fast and recklessly. Several times, he drove far too close to other vehicles and even drove into oncoming traffic. As a mother, I found this genuinely frightening and felt very uncomfortable with the way he was driving. We were then taken to a rather run-down camp. The included buffet was quite limited, and we were encouraged to upgrade to a VIP buffet for an additional fee. Unfortunately, apart from the grilled meat, we didn’t find much of the food particularly enjoyable. The shows were quite nice, but overall, the experience felt more like a sales tour, with constant attempts to get tourists to spend additional money. Our time at the camp suddenly came to an end, and we were taken back to the car. Before we started the journey back, the driver told us that it was now time to give him a positive review and that he wanted a screenshot from every guest as proof. Overall, I would definitely recommend experiencing Dune Bashing, as the activity itself was a lot of fun. However, based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a different tour operator.

3/5 Stars - Fun activities, but several promised inclusions were missing or restricted We booked the Desert Safari Tour with Dream Night Tourism Dubai for around $100 USD for two people. Our tour guide, Mr. Pasha, was wonderful, but the overall experience at the camp left us feeling a bit let down due to several missing inclusions. Here is how the tour broke down based on what was promised versus what was actually delivered: The Good Points: Transportation & Dune Bashing (10/10): The shared 4x4 pickup and drop-off service was flawless. The dune bashing drive itself was absolutely incredible and a massive highlight of the trip. Camel Ride (7/10): A fun, classic desert experience that we really enjoyed. Facilities (8/10): The separate male and female toilet facilities at the premium camp were clean and well-maintained. Entertainment & Food: We enjoyed the photo opportunities in the desert, the two belly dance shows, the Tanuora dance, and the fire show. The buffet dinner offered good BBQ options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, along with unlimited soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee. The Disappointments: Sand Boarding (0/10): We were excited for this, but we didn't get to do it at all because the staff told us the sand was "way too hot." Hubbly Bubbly / Shisha: This was highly frustrating. It was never openly offered, and when we explicitly asked for it, we were told we couldn't smoke it at our tables for no apparent reason. Henna Tattoos: The listing didn't mention any restrictions, but at the camp, they refused to do it unless we paid extra, claiming the free regular size was strictly for women and men had to pay. Arabic Dress Photos: The traditional clothing for pictures was never offered or made available to us during the evening. Overall, Mr. Pasha and the driving team did a great job, and the shows were entertaining. However, if you are booking this specific package for the full list of inclusions, be prepared that you might not get to experience everything advertised.

Mr Pasha was a very good driver, we felt very Safe all the time.

Excellent wonderful experience, Staff Waqar was also very nice helpful, and all the time ensured we are hydrated, offered water, cold drinks and helped kids to play with skateboard in desert

Nice experience with Mujahid, the trip was really didactic and entertaining, I highly recommend you take this activity !

You get what you pay for, the dune driving lasted 4 minutes as soon as we got out of the car they pounce trying to sell you scraf a d then up grade for 100 dirham for service to your table then drinks etc. The only saving grace was the show which was brilliant. Going back hurried up to get back into the car to only then wait 45 minutes for our driver who seems only interested in young girls at fro t of the bus
