Our Machu Picchu guide, John, was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He shared fascinating information throughout the tour while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. He was also a very good photographer. We never felt rushed and appreciated how well he tailored the tour to our pace. The hotel in Aguas Calientes was also excellent—comfortable, well located, and felt luxurious after a day of exploring. It was the perfect place to relax before and after visiting Machu Picchu. Overall, everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, and memorable Machu Picchu experience as well as other for other tours. I wish the vans had air conditioning on the way to ollantaytambo and back. It was like a sauna in there and very uncomfortable
