Important Information

- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
- When booking your flight Cusco, it must be in the morning. Arrival by noon is too late.
- Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
- Trek difficulty level is moderate
- It is recommended that your bring a: rain jacket, coat, sunscreen, hat and hiking shoes
- Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart
- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

It was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. They took us to some of the most beautiful and hidden corners of Peru. Our guide, Rosel Toledo, was amazing — he gave us incredibly detailed explanations about the history and traditions of every place we visited. He also helped us take photos, assisted us when getting off the bus, and made sure every member of the group was well taken care of. This company is definitely worth considering for your next tour. Spectacular service, the agency always cared about all the details and all the excursions were very entertaining. It was a challenge to travel with teenage children but thanks to VIPAC we had an excellent family trip.
