What a fabulous night! The food and history tour was planned and executed perfectly. Our guide was Serge. He was funny, interesting, flexible and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
Oh my! The best food and lots of it! We had a stroll through beautiful gardens and neighborhoods as well. Our guide Jacque entertained us with great stories of Quebec and other parts of Canada. Definitely recommend this tour! Come hungry for sure!
This was a great way to explore just outside of the old city…Marie was knowledgeable in the history of Quebec and the local neighborhood that we explored. The food was incredible-so much so that we returned on another evening to one of the restaurants to re-experience one of the dishes again. It was worth the cost to have such good food (not small portions either and accompanied by a glass of of wine or cocktail as part of each meal).
Super choice of restaurants! We discovered wonderful restaurants that are now on our list for our next visit. The tour was very well organized and interesting, not to mention the generous portions of food. The tour also moves away from the more touristy section of Old Quebec.
Really a great tour and an excellent way to get to know the Quebec restaurant scene.
We were given a meeting place and walked around a quite large area in an unfamiliar location. The tour operator apparently tried to call me but I had no reason to have my phone on loud. So it was a bit of time before we found our tour guide. The tour itself was very fun and delicious! Luis, our guide was very fun and helpful. We really connected with the family in our tour group and plan on keeping in touch!
Thank-you for taking the time for writing your feedback :) We did not just try to call… we sent emails and text messages and never got any return. You booked just before we changed our official meeting point about a month before your tour date and you probably used your original voucher while a new one was sent in the meantime with the new departure point. We will of course continue to be very careful and take care of our guests to avoid this kind of situation, but we also expect the client to respond… Émilie
Our tour was on a Tuesday night in April — I booked it for my birthday. As luck would have it, my husband and I were the only ones, so we had a private tour. The food was excellent, the restaurants were fabulous, and our guide was wonderful. We had fascinating discussions throughout the evening —not just about the food, but about the history of women’s rights in Quebec and the political structure of the province and the current relationship between Canada and the U.S. It was a great birthday experience! Highly recommended
Our tour guide, Luis, was fantastic and we were stuffed and content by the end of this food tour. It’s so worth it. Must try!
Great food tour. Étienne was a great guide - good spirited and full of love for his city and its food and drink. Tour was in English but he will switch into French if you want to work on vocabulary.
Best food experience in a progressive dinner you could have asked for! The information as well as the food was beyond expectation and the guide gave us some incites we probably never would experienced any other way or on any other tour! One of the highlights of our stay in Quebec and reason we come here! Especially because it was a private tour and the attention we got was incredible Thank You Sam!
