Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip! Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8. *TILT not included in purchase

Step into a high-powered elevator that will take you on an exhilarating ride to the 94th floor at a speed of 20.5 mph (33 kph). The observatory provides unbeatable views of Chicago at all times of the day: Go in the morning or afternoon to admire the expansive blue of Lake Michigan, go at sunset for a romantic moment, or go at night when the city becomes a sea of twinkling lights. 360 Chicago Observation Deck offers several activities to complement the pretty view. If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s bar for cocktails or delicious Chicago treats. Additional admission options are available for your visit. The TILT option offers access to an attraction of outward tilting glass 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, offering unique, downward-facing views.

Really enjoyed visiting Chicago 360. The views from the top were fantastic, stretching right across the city. There’s also the option to buy a TILT ticket if you want an extra thrill—though we skipped it this time. Overall, a great tower with impressive panoramas.
It was such an amazing experience in general, I had never been in an elevator that gos about 90 floors up in like a minute. The only down side was that it was cloudy when I first booked but the staff was so great that they rescheduled my tickets to the following week without charging me anything.
My wife and I went up to the 360 Observation Deck on a Wednesday night for our anniversary! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset while having refreshing drinks at the cloud bar. Drinks are pretty pricey but you get an unbeatable view while sipping on your cocktail! At 9:00 the firework show began at Navy Pier and it was very cool to see if from above! This was a perfect way to spend a romantic evening/night!
The elevator arrives very quickly at the 94th floor from where you have a very beautiful view of Chicago Upon arrival, they take your photo, which you can pick up when leaving (not cheap... $35)

Wear good walking shoes and prepare to be an a fun atmosphere. The ambience was nice, nice music, snacks and drinks were reasonably priced.

$30 to go to the top of a building for a great view is kind of a lot to spend--especially when you are a family of four--but it was a pretty stunning view, and we could stay up there as long as we liked. We paid an extra $15 at the location for each of our two teenage kids to ride the Tilt, and they loved it--one of their favorite experiences during our family trip to Chicago.

We plan our trip , arrive 10 min to 7pm when our tickets ware , we were told that our tickets QR code was already redeemed 3 days ago, horrible experience with Viator, I would never recommend Viator to use

The experience is short lived and not equivalent to the price. There are also too many add on cost for the experience.
