The best views of Chicago can be yours at 360 Chicago Observation Deck! Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip! Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8. *TILT not included in purchase

Step into a high-powered elevator that will take you on an exhilarating ride to the 94th floor at a speed of 20.5 mph (33 kph). The observatory provides unbeatable views of Chicago at all times of the day: Go in the morning or afternoon to admire the expansive blue of Lake Michigan, go at sunset for a romantic moment, or go at night when the city becomes a sea of twinkling lights. 360 Chicago Observation Deck offers several activities to complement the pretty view. If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s bar for cocktails or delicious Chicago treats. Additional admission options are available for your visit. The TILT option offers access to an attraction of outward tilting glass 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, offering unique, downward-facing views.

Family Is Great
Excellent views of Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan. Friendly and very helpful staff. Read descriptions before booking- several options for 360 observation deck from just going to look at views to doing the Tilt to adding a drink

Great vistas
Wonderful 360 views of the city from the 94th floor. We went at night to see all the lights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great views from the top
There was no crowd so we had no trouble getting to the top. Views were fantastic. The entire area was very clean and there were many employees who answered questions.

Good view but bad Voucher
It was really nice view at the top and really enjoyed time there but at the entrance on the 1 floor, I tried to scan with my voucher but it kept happen issue. Also the staff there was really confused and seemed like they had never encountered anything like this before. I had to wait more than 10 min while the staff tried to resolve that issue. Finally We could enter with the Voucher but we had to wait long time while other customers went through well

Great time
Firstly the staff was so helpful and friendly. Views were gorgeous even with clouds. I wish the ticket would have told us the top level was a winter time only. Also the photo should be included in the price. The tilt is separate from the ticket. Cloudbar was lovely

Excellent choice Booked for 5:30 pm. We stayed to watch a gorgeous sunset. The free cocktail was very nice. Busy, but organized and good vibes from other visitors.
